A Better Camera gives you all you've been missing with the standard camera: non-blurry low-noise photos in low light, high quality zoom comparable to optical zoom, high dynamic range images with rich detail in highlights and shadows, burst mode, RAW format support.
This application has been created by the same company that made BlessN900 and, to be honest, I can't see any important differences between them, other than that "A Better Camera" costs money while BlessN900 is free...
